Retro Adventure – Day 2

Worked on the first combat mechanics and enemy interactions.

Added:

  • player attack animations

  • spear hit detection

  • first slime enemy

  • enemy hit feedback

  • death animation

  • retro sound effects and chiptune music

The prototype is starting to feel more like an actual game now instead of only a movement test.

Next step:
player health, knockback, and room gameplay flow.
